Amazon Robotics Robots

Amazon Robotics is the robotics division of Amazon, founded through the 2012 acquisition of Kiva Systems for $775 million. It develops and deploys autonomous mobile robots, robotic arms, and AI-powered sorting and picking systems across Amazon's global fulfilment network — one of the largest deployments of warehouse robotics in history. With over 750,000 robots deployed across its facilities, Amazon Robotics is the world's largest operator of warehouse AMRs. Key platforms include Proteus (autonomous mobile drive unit), Sparrow (AI item picking), Cardinal (package handling), and Titan (heavy transport).
