Cartken Robots

Cartken is a US autonomous delivery robotics company founded in 2019 by former Google engineers, developing sidewalk delivery robots that use only cameras and computer vision — no lidar — for autonomous navigation. Cartken's Model C robot is deployed in Miami Beach and in European cities, partnering with food delivery platforms and retailers for last-mile delivery. The computer-vision-only approach reduces hardware cost versus lidar-equipped competitors. Cartken's European deployments (notably in Cologne, Germany) distinguish it as one of the few US sidewalk robot companies with significant international commercial traction.
