Dematic is a German-American supply chain automation company founded in 1819 (as Demag), headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, and owned by KION Group since 2016. One of the world's largest material handling and warehouse automation integrators, Dematic designs and deploys automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS), AMRs, conveyor systems, and software for retail, e-commerce, food and beverage, and manufacturing clients globally. The Dematic Multishuttle is among the most widely deployed shuttle-based AS/RS systems in the world, with thousands of installations across major retailers and e-commerce operators.
