KUKA LBR iiwa 14 is the most sophisticated collaborative robot available — the first industrial robot with joint torque sensing on all seven axes, enabling it to feel and respond to contact forces with human-level sensitivity. Developed from KUKA's DLR research heritage, the iiwa's 7-DOF configuration gives it the same kinematic redundancy as a human arm, enabling it to navigate around obstacles and reach into confined spaces.
