The ANYbotics ANYmal C is a Swiss-engineered legged inspection and security robot designed for hazardous industrial environments including offshore oil platforms, chemical plants, mines, and power facilities. The ANYbotics ANYmal X is an explosion-proof legged inspection robot certified for ATEX/IECEx Zone 1 hazardous areas, autonomously inspecting oil and gas platforms, chemical plants, and gas processing facilities where human access is restricted due to explosive atmosphere risk. Weighing 50 kg and walking at 1 m/s with up to 2.5 hours of battery runtime, ANYmal X carries an integrated sensor payload including thermal camera, high-resolution visual camera, acoustic sensor, and gas detection module. Unlike wheeled inspection robots, ANYmal X's legged locomotion enables it to navigate the stairs, ladders, and uneven terrain typical of offshore and industrial facilities.
