The Hai Robotics HAIO is an autonomous case-handling robot (ACR) that retrieves individual storage cases from high-density warehouse racking systems up to 10 metres tall and delivers them to stationary picking stations for goods-to-person fulfilment. Operating at up to 4 m/s horizontally and 1 m/s vertically using QR code navigation for precise positioning, the HAIO handles cases up to 30 kg and can be retrofitted into existing warehouse racking without requiring the full infrastructure rebuild of grid-based systems. Deployed by Decathlon, Cainiao, DHL, and major e-commerce operators globally, the HAIO enables significant vertical storage density gains in constrained warehouse footprints. AutoStore R5

The AutoStore R5 is a compact grid robot that operates on top of AutoStore's proprietary aluminium bin-storage grid, retrieving inventory bins from up to 16 levels deep and delivering them to picking ports for goods-to-person order fulfilment. Operating at up to 3.1 m/s and processing over 400 bin picks per hour, the R5 charges continuously via rails embedded in the grid — eliminating downtime for battery charging. AutoStore's system achieves the highest storage density of any goods-to-person solution, storing up to four times more inventory per square metre than conventional shelving.
